You Can contact me for a consultation from the beginning of your pregnancy, but also later, in the second or third trimester, to continue together step by step. I can be your supporting guide for an informed and mindful pregnancy, even if you are already seeing a gynaecologist or other professionals.
What happens during s visit?
During pregnancy visits, we take the time to get to know each other and to answer many questions about your health and your pregnancy. I will also include some clinical checks: measuring your blood pressure, measuring your belly to monitor your baby’s growth, and listening to your baby’s heartbeat.
We will dedicate plenty of time to answer your questions, so you won’t be left with doubts or fears. These visits are designed to help you prepare physically and emotionally for the arrival of your baby.

Can you support me even if my pregnancy has been classified as “high risk”?
Absolutely! My support is dedicated to all mothers. If you have certain health issues or aspects of your pregnancy considered more complex, I can work alongside your doctor, gynecologist, or other specialists as a complementary resource.
Do I need to come to the clinic for visits?
You can decide whether you prefer to meet at the clinic or at your home for our pregnancy appointments.
Is it possible to meet online?
If you have a series of questions or concerns, we can meet for a video consultation. However, during this type of appointment, I won’t be able to perform clinical assessments such as blood pressure checks or measurements of your belly and baby’s heartbeat.
Sometimes putting on a new pair of glasses helps you see a problem from a new perspective.
